Braised Chicken with Mediterranean Wine Sauce
It was easy to make and delicious. This was my first time that I cooked this dish and I'll definitely make it again. I cooked the chicken for 45 minutes - lowest heat. What I like about this dish was the sauce. Recipe could be find on Williams-Sonoma website. I couldn't find shallots at the supermarket today, so I used green onions. Taste the sauce while cooking and add some salt as needed. I just bought a bottle of Chardonnay instead of WS' reduction and make my own kinda reduction by simmering the wine about 7-8 minutes and then added the chicken to the pan.
