Lemon Cake



Changes I make depending on what I have:
  • Use of yogurt instead of buttermilk
  • Use of Kefir instead of buttermilk
  • Lime instead of lemon
  • 1 loaf pan instead of 2
  • And you may not burn sides of the cake like I have done. 
If you like lemon flavor, you'll love this cake. Taste is very lemony for some, so if you are not good with lemon, try to add less lemon especially to glaze. You may still use the amount of lemons for the cake. 
We all love and respect this cake. Recipe belongs to Ina Garten whose books I want to purchase soon. She has many simple and delicious recipes.
