Roasted Bell Pepper Rolls


This is a nice side dish and very easy to make -maybe 10 minutes to make- except tying the green onion pieces around the peppers because they break easily. You may try it with chives or whatever you can think :)

Again I am not going to give the amount of ingredients because I didn't measure anything.

Ingredients:
  •  Roasted bell peppers - if it is ready to eat just drain and if they are whole cut it to halves -vertically, clean if there's any seeds.
  •  Crumbled feta cheese
  • Parsley-minced
  • Freshly grounded black pepper
  • Green onions - green part 
  • Toothpicks
Prep:

  • Combine cheese, black pepper, and parsley.
  • Put some in red bell peppers or spread.
  • Roll the bell pepper, begin from the wider part of the pepper.
  • Tie rolled peppers with green onions and secure it with a toothpick.
